Everything was simply great. The place was pleasant, with its WELCOMING staff at the reception desk. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, including coffee and tea.

The place is excellent because there is a fortress and a castle nearby, along with various restaurant and pub options within easy reach.

Location is good - only 10m walk from Mirabell Garden. The breakfast provided by the nearby cafe is good.

Room is small and not much furniture inside - even no tv.

The hotel is the best choice in Salzburg with a great location close to shops, cafes, and attractions like Mozart Wohnhaus and Schloss Mirabell. the staff at the reception desk are extremely friendly and amiable. the queen room includes free tea and coffee and there are many breakfast options available on the terrace.

Enchanting and immaculately clean hotel, the staff who served us were excellent, and it had INCREDIBLE location right in the city centre. Location: the venue was near the charming old town, and many boutique shops and restaurants.

On lift using for working staff, and guest. Sometimes staff stop to lift to deliver something between floor. All guests have to walk up/down with stairs. No staff at counter after midnight and front door stuck and can't open with my key. Noisy sometimes from outside. Staff don't really have service mind

the location was perfect, situated in the quieter part of the Old Town but still within a short walking distance to all the main attractions. I was pleased to find that the room was spacious and clean, with some charming antique furniture. the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. I also appreciated the tea and coffee-making facilities available throughout the day, along with some morning biscuits.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was served (not buffet style) at a cafe next door, rooms are quite large for European standards, room had fridge, towels were replaced everyday, excellent hotel location, late check out time (noon), inexpensive compared to all other hotels in vicinity.

Internet access (the website says that there is wired internet in every room but they don't provide you with a cable. Maybe that's common in Austria, but I didn't know so I had to go out and purchase a cable so I can use internet in my room), loud fridge humming noise, loud construction right outside the window beginning before 7am (it was double glass window), persistent maid service (I.E. I was working until late morning during my stay and the maids knocked at least four separate times to clean -- no "do not disturb" signs in Austria?), non- buffet breakfast (some people might like this but it takes longer time to be served).

reception staff helpful and friendly, excellent location for going out to the countryside or over the bridge into town oh and a nice pub next door !

i didn't like the cleaner going into my room while i was having breakfast, i appreciate you have to trust your staff but unfortunately have experienced problems of theft from my room in the recent past.maybe " do not disturb " and " make up room " cards could be provided.

Brand-new and spotless unit with a nice cool temperature. Magnificent and absolutely incredible location, easy to get around Salzburg by a train station located walking distance to the hotel.

couldnt have asked for a better location, accomodating receptionist, and nicer room. dont expect luxurious but for this price, it's amazing. and do try the ice cream cafe just below the hotel.

would have liked some hot dishes for breakfast, but it's good enough.

Great cozy spot with friendly staff always ready to help with your luggage. Awesome location near lots of restaurants and bars. the surroundings are so charming! 🌟
